These charges are completely out of our control. This means we are charged for both the sending and the return of the book. In future overseas orders will only be sent on the clear understanding that customers will be liable for any and all customs charges incurred in their respective countries. If a customer refuses to accept delivery of a book despite this they will receive a refund MINUS all delivery charges incurred by us for both sending the book and for it being returned to us. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
